Having fun with LottieFiles, a ‘tiny file size’ form of animation
One of the challenges of using animations on a website is the file size = download = impact of wait time. Lottie animations, a brainchild of AirBnB, broke through that barrier. The top 500 apps on the App Store now use Lottie to engage users and enhance conversions. They are made with vector shapes meaning that they are scalable to large sizes and yet stay sharp while keeping their ‘tiny file size’!

This fun little guy was created by Abdul Latif.
I colored it “blues” and then integrated it into the website…
